Ground Gas Solutions (trading as GGS) is a private limited company based in the UK. We are the country’s foremost provider of continuous gas monitoring for the contaminated land sector. Our services include continuous ground gas monitoring, data management, air quality and radon monitoring, ground gas risk assessment, verification and sub-floor void monitoring. We also offer nationwide training events.

GGS tracks open rates and click through rates for its email communications. This data will then be used for profiling our customer base to gain an understanding of their requirements and how we as a business can meet those. Where is my information stored and for how long?

Your information will be stored on our web based Client Relationships Management (CRM) system. It will also be stored on our email marketing platform from which we send our customer communications.

 

Your information will be stored here indefinitely until:

  1. a) You ask us to unsubscribe you from our marketing emails via the link at the bottom of our communications or by direct email (please note that we will still hold your data at this point).
  2. b) You ask us to delete your personal information, after which you will not receive any more contact from GGS and we will hold no data for you.
  3. c) We change our CRM or email marketing platforms, at which point your data will be transferred.

 

Who will my information be shared with?

Only GGS staff will be able to see and use your personal data. It will not be shared with third parties or sold to anyone.

 

When will this privacy policy next be reviewed?

This privacy policy is up to date as of April 2018. It will be reviewed in April 2019.

You may request to see the data we hold for you, update it, unsubscribe from future communications, or request that it is deleted at any time.
